Cancellation, Refund & Return policy

Did you order the wrong amount of a product? Or did you order a wrong product. Of course you can return a product. We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The cost for a return shall always be borne by the customer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send the packing slip or a remark with the order number on it.

Start a return:

To start a return, please contact us at support@herbandbloomstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Exchanges:

The fastest and only way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted you’ll have to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

If your return is approved after our check, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If your return is not accepted, we will inform you. 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We always need pictures from:

·         the damaged or wrong product,

·         the used protection material (inside of the box), and

·         the outside of the box with shipment label and barcode

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, special orders or personalised items. Unfortunately, we can also not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
